Charles Bellina

Obituary

Charles Bellina, 83, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center in Statesboro. He was born May 18, 1938 in Philadelphia, PA to Eugene and Jeanette Frances Behringer Bellina. Charles was a US Army Veteran for 22 years serving in Vietnam and Korea. He was retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart and loved woodworking, fishing and hunting. Charles was a loving caring husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and is preceded in death by his parents.

            He is survived by:

                        Wife, Annette K. Bellina of Glennville, Georgia

                        Daughters, Penny Owens of Uvalda, Georgia
                                             Kathy Easterling (David) of Glennville, Georgia
                                             Donna Hattfield of Glennville, Georgia
                                             Wendy Pearson (Russell) of Reidsville, Georgia

                        Brother, Eddie Bellina of Newmanstown, PA

            Eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, March 27, 2022 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Glennville City Cemetery with full military honors.
