Obituary

Teresa Kicklighter Jones, 58, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Community Hospice Center in Vidalia. She was born November 8, 1963 in Claxton, Georgia to Guy and Betty Mincey Kicklighter and lived in this area most of her life. Teresa loved spending time with her son, TJ, coloring, paint by number and talking on the phone. She never met a stranger and had many friends and aids who loved her dearly. Teresa is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Glenn Kicklighter, Terry Kicklighter and a sister, Melissa Kicklighter.

            She is survived by:

                        Son, Timothy “TJ” Jones (Ashley) of Glennville, Georgia

                        Siblings, Barry Kicklighter of Glennville, Georgia
                                       Grady Kicklighter of Glennville, Georgia
                                       Cathy Arnold of Alabama                                   

            Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, June 12, 2022 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Beards Creek Church Cemetery.
