Bobby has been a licensed Funeral Service Professional for over 30 years. He graduated from Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in 1995 and served as Chaplain of Theta Chapter of Pi Sigma Eta, National Morticians Fraternity. Bobby started his career with Rimes Mortuary in 1976 and is proud to continue the tradition of family owned as a first generation Funeral Director.

Bobby served as Tattnall County Coroner for over 32 years retiring in 2020. He served as the Glennville Volunteer Fire Chief for 32 years retiring in 2012. Bobby also served on 5 years on the Georgia Funeral Directors Association Board, 2 of which he was president and has continued

to be a vital member of GFDA. 

Bobby has been married to Betty Ann (Smith) Brannen for 41 years and they have two children, Joe and Casey. Joe is married to Valorie and they have four children.

Betty Ann has been in the Funeral industry for over 20 years working beside her husband Bobby every day. She is a native of Glennville and has lived here all her life. Betty Ann is a vital part of the Brannen Family Funeral Services. Betty Ann is married to Bobby and they have two children, Joe and Casey. Joe is married to Valorie and they have four children.

Casey is a second-generation Funeral Director and has been licensed since 2015. She is a 2010 graduate of Tattnall County High School, a 2012 and 2015 graduate of Ogeechee Technical College with a Master Cosmetology Diploma and an Associate of Applied Science in Funeral Service. Casey has been in the funeral industry since she was 16 years old and is proud to continue the tradition of family as she follows in her father's footsteps. Casey is the daughter of Bobby and Betty Ann Brannen and is married to Evan Strickland. They have one son, Grady Branch Strickland.

Ken is a Funeral Director with Brannen Family Funeral Services and has been licensed since 2009. He is a graduate of Reidsville High School and Ogeechee Technical College with an Associates of Applied Science in Funeral Service. Ken has been in the Funeral industry for 20 years.

Ken is married to Kim Youngblood Tatum and they have two children, Kay-lyn and Kameron, and four grandchildren.

Eben Banks is a funeral assistant student with Brannen Family Funeral Services. He is a Junior at Tattnall County High School and is a dual Enrollment student at Ogeechee Technical College. After graduation, Eben plans to further his education, continuing at OTC. Eben is the son of Joe and Valorie Banks and the grandson of Bobby and Betty Ann Brannen.

Glenn is a funeral assistant with Brannen Family Funeral Services. He is a native of Glennville and is retired from civil service at Ft. Stewart. Glenn is also a volunteer fireman with the City of Glennville. He is married to Beverly (Todd) Smith, they have two children and two grandchildren.

Terry is a funeral assistant with Brannen Family Funeral Services. He is a native of Swainsboro but has called Glennville home for many years. Terry is a member of the Glennville Lions Club, a deacon at First Baptist Church of Glennville and is on numerous committees at FBC. He is married to Diane Quick and has three children, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Tommy is a part time funeral assistant with Brannen Family Funeral Services. He is a native of Glennville and is a full time Pastor but also works for the maintenance at Tattnall County School Systems. Tommy is married to Jeanette (Flowers) Ray, has four children and numerous grandchildren.

Betsy is a part time funeral assistant with Brannen Family Funeral Services. She is a native of Glennville and is a full-time grandparent. Betsy is married to Billy Conley and they have one daughter and one grandson.

Matt is a part time funeral assistant with Brannen Family Funeral Services. He is a native of Glennville and is employed with Colonial Oil Company. Matt is married to Amy (Groover) Terrell and they have one son.

Mark is a part time funeral assistant with Brannen Family Funeral Services. He is a native of

Reidsville, Georgia and is a full-time employee with Canoochee Electric Corporation. Mark is

married to Tammy Durrence and they have two children.
